March 19th - Padron to Santiago

Walking from Padron to Santiago

22.6 km with some long climbs giving an elevation gain of 465m

The walk from Padrón to Santiago de Compostela is the last and most emotive stage of our Portuguese Camino. We’ll walk almost 25km today.

One of the most memorable moments of this journey comes at Monte do Gozo, where the towers of the Cathedral of Santiago can be seen on the horizon - a symbolic and emotional milestone before we descend into the city.

This is our toughest day of walking, but there’s a great prize at the end!
